COACHING IS A SPACE FOR YOU TO…

Hi there,

I’m Jaycee. I coach gifted humans ready to live their version of an extraordinary life.

This shortlist includes:

  • improving relationships

  • taking ownership of limiting patterns

  • meeting the parts of you that support you

  • integrating the parts of you that hold you back

I take on a limited number of clients who are ready to take responsibility for their world, do the work they’ve been putting off and are now called to dive in.

Rather than use a specific formula, we create a container that will address your specific needs, wants, and hurdles so you can continue your unique path of evolution.

Methods

Coaching.

What are you afraid to look at or step toward? Is it a goal? Maybe it is too beautiful, maybe too ugly?

Coaching is a holistic process where you will start to integrate the forgotten parts of yourself so you can access your FULL human range.

We never value presence over action. We never value action over presence.

Enneagram.

Did you know others see the world differently than you? Like WAY differently. Others are also motivated by different things and build trust with different measures.

The enneagram is a personality typing system that helps individuals understand their patterns, motivators, and behaviors.

The enneagram is about more than ‘your type.’ It’s a road map to living a more expressed life and understanding your relationship to others.

Embodied.

Do you ever pop out of work and think, where was I? We live in a society obsessed with achieving and doing. We need those things, however, they tend to run our show. We can develop skills to keep us in the conversation when we are fired up or overwhelmed.

When we are consciously embodied we can achieve without abandoning ourselves.

You can’t really lead unless you are listening.
You can’t really listen unless you are self-regulated.
You can’t really regulate unless you are self-aware.
